Josh Holloway ("Lost") has joined the cast of the Polish brothers' new comedy "Stay Cool" says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story centers on a successful author (Mark Polish) who is forced to confront an unrequited high school crush, Scarlet Smith (Winona Ryder), when he returns home to deliver a commencement address to graduating seniors.

Holloway will play the former high school jock and ex-boyfriend to Scarlet. Sean Astin, Chevy Chase, Hilary Duff and Jon Cryer also star.

Shooting starts this month in Santa Clarita, California.
