"Talladega Nights" trio Sacha Baron Cohen, Will Ferrell and Judd Apatow are re-teaming on an untitled Sherlock Holmes comedy for Sony Pictures.

According to Variety, Cohen will play Holmes and Ferrell will play Watson in the comedy penned by Etan Cohen ("Tropic Thunder") and produced by Apatow.

Inspired by Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes tales, the plot is being kept under wraps. The film has nothing to do with the Guy Ritchie-directed Warner Bros. Pictures drama "Sherlock Holmes".
