Jon Cooksey has been signed to write the script for the first in a feature film trilogy based on the 1994 CG-animated series "ReBoot" says The Hollywood Reporter.

Created by MainFrame Entertainment, the original series ran from 1994-2001 and dealt with a variety of characters living in a cyberspace world known as Mainframe which was divided into six different sections.

Rainmaker Animation's Paul Gertz says the feature script will be a different story from the new comic "Paradigms Lost" which is helping to relaunch the brand.
