Fox has ordered a 22-episode fourth season for "Prison Break" reports the trades.

The series third season, set around the show's main characters breaking out of a Panama prison, was cut short to 13 episodes by the writer's strike. As a result the mid-season cliffhanger ended up serving as the season finale.

Season four will pick up with the characters having escaped prison, and Michael (Wentworth Miller) seeking revenge against the people who killed Sarah.

The production, which was shot in Chicago during the first season and Dallas during the second and third, will relocate to Los Angeles for the fourth season.
