Paramount Vantage and Comedy Central have optioned Todd Waldman and Rob Kerkovich's screenplay for vengeance comedy "Beat Kip" says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows three struggling college graduates who find a purpose in life: to travel across the country to fight an Ivy League student who stole one of their girlfriends.

Waldman and Kerkovich formed the Summer of Tears comedy troupe in 2004 and have toured the country ever since.
