Aussie soap "Neighbours" hunk Christian Clark is in talks to join Hugh Jackman for the superhero flick "X-Men Origins : Wolverine" reports Moviehole.

Clark, who recently shot the George Miller-directed horror pic "Prey" opposite Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Jesse Johnson, is a rather in-demand actor right now it seems - he's also just been snapped up to star in John V. Soto's indie-thriller "Crush".

Clark will join the rest of the cast Sydney early next year to shoot the "X-Men" spin-off.
