Freddy Rodriguez and John Leguizamo will star in Overture Films and State Street Pictures family dramedy "Humboldt Park" reports Variety.

The story revolves around the reunion of three siblings to their parents' home for the holidays in Humboldt Park on Chicago's northwest side. A large ensemble cast will fill out the remaining roles.

Alfredo De Villa ("Washington Heights") is attached to direct from a pre-strike completed script by Rick Najera, Ted Perkins and Alison Swan. Production would begin early next year for a Fall 2008 release.
