  • This Week's Release Date Changes
    By Garth FranklinFriday November 16th 2007 1:32am
image 'Zephyr' is back with some more information regarding release date changes and additions:

I Love You Man, a vague comedy from Dreamworks, will come out on January 16th 2009, which despite being 14 months away already has five wide releases, including Lionsgate's The Spirit, 20th Century Fox's They Came Form Upstairs, and Fox Searchlight's Notorious B.I.G.

Eagle Eye, the Dreamworks drama-thriller from the team that brought you Disturbia, has moved up from October 10th 2008 to August 8th.

Christmas In Wonderland, despite only five days before its release, has been delayed indefinitely from its November 21st release.

Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo has been delayed from February 8th 2008 to April 25th.

Dragon Ball (and not, apparently, with a Z) will in fact be coming out August 15th 2008.

The Paramount remake of Friday The 13th will come out, appropriately enough, on the 13th of February 2009.

It is surprisingly that the company would put it on that 13th, considering that Spielberg's Lincoln is unofficially aligned to come out on February 12th, the bicentennial of Lincoln's birth. That is not to say that Lincoln could simply come out on the 6th.

Lakeview Terrace, a Screen Gems drama-thriller starring Sameul L. Jackson, Patrick Wilson, and Kerry Washington, will be coming out September 19th 2008.

Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, a punk-teenage comedy from Columbia Pictures, will come out October 3rd 2008.

District 9, the Peter Jackson-produced, Neil Blomkamp-directed sci-fi thriller, will in fact be coming out 2009.

I Know What Boys Like will be coming out August 22nd 2008.
