Ray Liotta, Forest Whitaker and Jessica Biel will team for "Powder Blue" reports Variety.

Written and directed by Timothy Linh Bui, the ensemble drama concerns four troubled people who connect on Christmas Eve.

Liotta will play an ex-con who has been released after a 25-year prison stint and seeks to reunite with his long-lost daughter (Biel). Shooting begins next month.
