The Batman is getting a fashion upgrade. Entertainment Weekly has released this photo showing off the new look Batsuit in the upcoming "The Dark Knight".

Sleeker and more high-tech than its "Batman Begins" appearance, much of the costume has been redesigned to be both more form-fitting and easier to assemble.

The photo also includes bits of details on the costume, revealing its made up of 200 individual pieces of rubber, fiberglass, nylon and metallic mesh. The forearm spikes are now both retractable and can be ejected at targets. The most difficult was the cowl, the headpiece is now modeled more on a motorcycle helmet design which allows Bale to both swivel and nod.
