image These are the kind of stories that make me think at 29 I'm washed up and have wasted much of my life.

Dominic Scott Kay, the 11-year-old actor from "Minority Report" and "Charlotte's Web," has settled out of court for control of editing and exploitation of short film "Saving Angelo" which he starred in and directed.

"Angelo" centers on a young boy who rescues an injured dog and finds a home for it at a fire station. Kevin Bacon also stars.

Reuters reports that representatives for Kay said the agreement gives the young filmmaker "full ownership and control" of the short.
