During an interview on Saturday for "Angel-A", IGN Movies was told by filmmaker Luc Besson himself that Scottish actor Dougray Scott (TV's "Desperate Housewives", "Mission: Impossible 2") will co-star in Fox's "Hitman".

The big-screen version of the Eidos videogame stars Timothy Olyphant as Agent 47, a bald assassin-for-hire who works for the shadowy organization known as The Agency. Scott will play the man pursuing Agent 47.

Xavier Gens will direct from a screenplay by Skip Woods. Luc Besson, Adrian Askarieh and Daniel Alter will produce. Production begins at the end of this month in Prague for an October 12th release.
