A while back came word that "XXX" & "Stealth" helmer Rob Cohen was trying to do a new Bruce Lee film which would use CGI and existing footage to bring the legend back from the grace.

Those plans looks to have been scrapped according to GeeksOn & Twitchfilm who claim the film is off and the Lee estate are withdrawing their support.

Previous news was that the estate were on board for the film and Cohen had all the rights, but the estate has pulled the rights.

The withdrawal may tie in with their support of another planned film announced this week which would have Donnie Yen in the role and is based on a book by Lee's remaining family members.
