  • Rogue Hires Some Violent "Couriers"
    By Garth FranklinMonday January 22nd 2007 12:12am
Rogue Pictures and Intrepid Pictures have scored movie rights to the action graphic novel series "Couriers" says The Hollywood Reporter.

Scribe Javier Grillo-Marxuach (TV's "Lost", "Medium", "Charmed") has been set to adapt the adventures of two gun-toting mercenary couriers who take on jobs other couriers do not, such as intelligence, large cash transfers, protection, assassinations and blockade-running.

Written by Brian Wood and illustrated by Rob G, three graphic novels have been published so far. The series has been praised for its Hong Kong movie and anime-influenced kinetic art style and action set pieces.
