Laurence Fishburne is in final negotiations, whilst Liza Lapira and Josh Gad have already joined Columbia Pictures' Vegas-set thriller "21".

The film is based on Ben Mezrich's best-seller, "Bringing Down the House: The Inside Story of Six M.I.T. Students Who Took Vegas for Millions."

Fishburne will play a Vegas security chief who hunts down the group. Jim Sturgess and Masi Oka have already been cast whilst Kevin Spacey, who will cameo, is producing.

Robert Luketic helms the project with shooting set to begin next month in Boston and Las Vegas says The Hollywood Reporter.
