Courtney Love has acquired the rights to "Heavier Than Heaven", Charles Cross' celebrated biography on her late husband Kurt Cobain
According to the WENN, Love is now reportedly in talks with several studios to use the tome as the basis for a biopic on the Nirvana front man.
In a posting on her fansite MoonwashedRose.com, Love revealed the film project is "in an embryonic stage... (There's) no script and no director attached."
The project will be the first official film about the tragic rocker, who committed suicide in 1995.
