Natalie Portman is in talks to star as Christy Bravo, a rebellious teenager with a dark secret, in the film "My Life, My Secret" aka "Ma Vie, Mon Secret" reports Leon Entertainment.
Penned by noted French author and director Rod On, Jr., "My Life, My Secret" is a sociological drama revolving around a corrupt police officer and his dysfunctional family.
Warner Brothers has optioned the project and Rod On, Jr., will direct. The film is tentatively scheduled to start production in April of 2007.
Rod is currently in pre-production for the film "The Last Chapter," based on his second novel, "Le Dernier Chapitre". That film stars Malcolm McDowell, Pete Postlethwaite, Virginie Ledoyen and Olga Sonovska whilst the likes of Guy Pearce, Aaron Eckhart and even Catherine Zeta-Jones are presently in talks for the leads.
It begins filming in Montreal and Toronto in January.
