"Invasion" star William Fichtner has landed the biggest new role alongside the cast of hit drama "Prison Break" next season reports the trades.

With the breakout having taken place, next season focuses on the escaped prisoners on the run. Fichtner will play the federal agent who's assigned to track down brothers Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield (Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller).

Shooting for the second season takes place in Dallas which will double for several different parts of the country.
