Kevin Bacon has signed on to star in "Saw" director James Wan's "Death Sentence" for 20th Century Fox reports Production Weekly.
The vigilante drama centers on a father (Bacon) out for revenge after his family is attacked in a heinous gang-initiation crime. The father enacts a death sentence on each person involved in the crime.
Ian Jeffers adapted the screenplay from a novel by "Death Wish" author Brian Garfield.
