Winona Ryder is reuniting with "Heathers" scribe Daniel Waters on "Sex and Death 101", a dark comedy Waters is writing and directing reports the trades.

The story concerns a man whose life is upended by a mysterious email containing the 101 names of every woman he's ever had sex with and, eerily, every woman he will have sex with in the future. He's stopped in his ways when he meets Ryder's character - a femme fatale vigilante who has become an urban folk hero targeting men guilty of sex crimes against women.

Simon Baker ("Land of the Dead", TV's "The Guardian") will play the man. Julie Bowen (TV's "Boston Legal", "Lost") and Dash Mihok have also landed roles in the pic which is in its second week of production.
