IGN FilmForce has heard that Lionsgate has dipped into the Marvel Comics catalog and the result could be a feature film entitled "The Marvel Collection".

Here's what is known so far: "The Marvel Collection" would feature four cutting-edge animated films, combining standard animation with CGI-enhancements, taking the animation beyond standard TV fare. A 3-D presentation isn't out of the question either.

So who gets the call from the Marvel catalog? Word has it that the four films will star at least five Marvel characters. They are: The Hulk, The Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Iron Man and Captain America.
