    By Garth FranklinFriday December 2nd 2005 6:18pm
Tom Cruise starrer "Mission: Impossible 3" wrapped in Shanghai this week, two days ahead of schedule reports Variety.

Cast and crew were in China for around two weeks, shooting in Shanghai and in the local canal town of Xitang. Earlier sections of the shoot took place in Germany, Italy and the U.S.

Shanghai's Jinmao Tower, China's tallest building, and the city's distinctive TV tower will feature in the film, according to Cruise. Cruise also said the trailer for the film was already cut and would play in front of "King Kong" on its release in mid-December.
