Charlie Sheen, Eva Longoria, Wayne Brady, Chris Kattan and Christopher Lloyd will voice "Foodfight!," the 3-D toon comedy from Threshold Animation Studios and Lions Gate Family Entertainment reports Variety.

Aiming for a Fall 2006 release, the story takes place in a supermarket that comes to life after hours. The creators have acquired the rights to include nearly every consumer packaged goods company's characters on the market ranging from Mr. Clean to Twinkie the Kid.

Sheen will voice the lead role of Dex Dogtective while Longoria will voice Lady X, Brady is Daredevil Dan, Lloyd's Mr. Clipboard and Kattan's Polar Penguin. Kasanoff directs from a screenplay by Brent Friedman, Rebecca Swanson and Sean Derek.
