    An outbreak of sequelitis has hit Sony Pictures Entertainment. "Hollow Man 2," "Road House 2 -- Last Call" and "I Know What You Did Last Summer 3" are in various stages of development at the company.     Warner Bros. has acquired screen rights to the book "One of a Kind: The Rise and Fall of Stuey 'The Kid' Ungar," about one of poker's biggest stars and its most tragic casualty. "The Aviator" producer Graham King will produce the feature adaptation. Ungar came from nowhere to best seasoned card players, winning back-to-back World Series of Poker crowns by his mid-20s. He cashed an estimated $30 million in chips over his short career.
