Michael Keaton and Brendan Fraser have signed on to play the leads in "The Last Time" from Emmy-nominated "Sopranos" writer Michael Caleo reports Production Weekly.

The story follows a contented salesman who's teamed with the top moneymaker in a New York conglomerate, a grumpy loner who tries to show him and his fiancee the awful realities of the world. In the end, its they who show him the horrible truth of life.

Caleo will also direct the film which is scheduled to begin production this August in New Orleans.
