    Scott Rudin will produce and Emile Hirsch ("The Girl Next Door", "Lords of Dogtown") will star in John Wells Prods. and Killer Films' adaptation of "Goat," Brad Land's memoir of fraternity hazing. David Gordon Green is set to helm and is aiming for a fall start date.     Alexis Bledel, Jay Baruchel and DJ Qualls have been reeled in for "I Am Reed Fish," an independent romantic comedy being directed by Zackary Adler. Peter Alwazzan is producing, and Akiva Goldsman is exec producing. Set in a rural town, the story revolves around Fish (Baruchel), who runs a popular local radio station and is in love with Bledel's character.
