The most recent issue of Premiere magazine has a short interview with writer David Goyer who talks about the plans for the next two sequels - "The next one would have Batman enlisting the aid of Gordon and [Harvey] Dent in bringing down the Joker... but not killing him, which is a mistake they made in the first one. In the third, the Joker would go on trial, scarring Dent in the process." So it looks like Joker & Two-Face are the next two bad guys.

Meanwhile new pictures have emerged showing off more of some of the characters in this film including Alfred Pennyworth, Commissioner Gordon, Henri Ducard and The Scarecrow. Click below for bigger shots:
