Smith wrote the script for the film which will continue the exploits of the journalist-mystery solving character and promises a close adherence to the distinctive dialogue and plotting that Gregory Mcdonald put into his novel series..."     "Susan Sarandon will star in Aussie film "Irresistible." Sarandon has been working on the thriller's script for six months with writer-director Ann Turner ("Celia"). She'll play a woman tortured by the fear that her husband's co-worker is trying to steal him, their children and her life.
