The Chapter 11 filing, made on Aug. 18, came in the wake of a court order that affirmed a $77 million jury verdict in favor of Intertainment. Samaha has said he plans to appeal the verdict..." The scribe will write the remake of the 1979 street-gang classic that Tony Scott is directing.
