Forget all the talk your hearing about Mr. Bean in "Harry Potter" because it ain't happening. The other day the old rumour that Rowan Atkinson would star as the one and only evil Lord Voldemort in the fourth film "Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire" got a whole new swath of credibility when his name got mention in a small back section of Variety.
Today, CBBC Newsround got in touch with Atkinson's spokesperson who denied the casting rumours - his agent saying "There's no truth whatsoever that Rowan will be in the next Harry Potter movie". Warner insiders also confirmed to them that no casting is underway.
Meanwhile in this week's Heat Magazine, Colin Farrell has apparently got everyone all hot and bothered (tell me about it) on the "Alexander" set but not over his friendship with Angelina, his penis displays or his party antics - rather his voice.
There's apparently concern being raised by studio execs that the boy's strong Irish native accent will undermine the part and according to one insider "He sounds like a Dublin bus driver". One wonders what accent he is attempting for the film.
Thanks to 'Sergio', 'The Fatfish Returns', 'Phil' & 'Gary'.
