"Juno" and "Hard Candy" actress Ellen Page is joining Drew Barrymore's directorial debut "Whip It" reports Film School Rejects.
The project is based on the novel Derby Girl by Shauna Cross. Page plays Bliss a sarcastic teenager who who discovers a female rollerskating derby whilst growing up outside of Austin, Texas.
Page is currently filming the lesbian werewolf movie "Jack and Diane".
