The White Countess: "Andre Morgan has signed on as exec producer for Merchant Ivory's production of "The White Countess." Pic, which starts production September 25, is being directed by James Ivory and will star Ralph Fiennes, Vanessa Redgrave and Natasha Richardson. "Countess" will use Ruddy Morgan's offices in Shanghai throughout the shoot and has hired cinematographer Chris Doyle to join the crew.
