Jay Hernandez, Jonathan Schaech, Jennifer Carpenter, Steve Harris and Columbus Short will star in Screen Gems' "Quarantine" reports Blackfilm.
"Quarantine" is a remake of Spanish-language horror film "Rec" about a downtown Los Angeles apartment building tgat is quarantined after a mysterious deadly and highly contagious strain of rabies breaks out.
A reporter and her cameraman are among those trapped inside. The film was written and will be directed by John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle ("The Poughkeepsie Tapes").
