The Next Great Champ (TV): Variety reports that a Beverly Hills judge ruled Friday afternoon that Fox's boxing skein "The Next Great Champ" can bow September 7 as planned. California Superior Court Judge Lisa Hart Cole said preventing Fox from airing the show, produced by Endemol and Lock & Key Prods., would violate the first amendment. The Ring 2: 'Joe S' reports that "Last Wednesday, the bulk of the crew got wrapped. A few shots were done Friday and one or two more minor FX type shots are on the schedule for this Tuesday".
