Kelly Bowe ("Before You Go," "Parental Guidance") is on board to adapt "Flip-Flopped" author Jill Smolinski's sophomore novel "The Next Thing on My List" for Wendy Finerman Productions and New Line says The Hollywood Reporter.
The book follows June Parker, a 34-year-old woman whose life changes forever when her new acquaintance from a Weight Watchers meeting dies next to her in a car crash.
After finding a list of 20 things her passenger wanted to do before she turned 25, from running a marathon to kissing a stranger, the guilt-ridden June finds new adventures while living out the wishes.
