UK tabloid The Mirror reports that pop queen Britney Spears is being considered for a role in a multi-million dollar movie based on Indian students in New York.
The film follows four Indian students getting used to life at Columbia University, New York and is considered "a great opportunity" by film reps for the singer to make a mark in Bollywood after the floptastic "Crossroads".
One insider days "They fall in love with Western culture and make new friends, including with the character Britney Spears plays. This is going to be one of the biggest ever budgeted Bollywood movies. The exposure for Britney in India would be massive. These films attract a giant audience".
Indeed, her "Toxic" music video co-star Martin Henderson ("Torque") has taken up the idea and stars this Christmas in the Bollywood meets Jane Austen flick "Bride and Prejudice".
