Peace Arch Entertainment Group has acquired worldwide distribution rights to ensemble drama "Winged Creatures" says the trades.
Forest Whitaker, Jennifer Hudson, Guy Pearce, Kate Beckinsale, Dakota Fanning, Embeth Davidtz, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Troy Garity and Jackie Earle Haley star in the story of survivors of a senseless multiple murder in a Los Angeles diner. Each are left to figure out their own mortality and connection to society.
Directed by Rowan Woods ("Little Fish"), the film will be offered for pre-sale at the Cannes Film Festival.
