Yahoo Movies spoke with Antoine Fuqua about "King Arthur" and learned more on talk that emerged during US press junkets for the film about his plans to do a prequel to Brian DePalma's legendary "The Untouchables".
Fuqua confirmed that "Yeah, I've been talking to [producer] Art Linson about it, we've been going through it quite a bit, just sort of getting it together now and gathering all the information". He doesn't foresee any of the cast from the first movie returning for the film, but does hope to cast Sean Penn as Al Capone.
Meanwhile, USA Today spoke with Ben Affleck the other day and the topic of his returning to the role of Jack Ryan (which he took over from in 2002's "The Sum of All Fears") came up. Affleck responsed "I don't know. There's some discussion whether the next movie is going to be Red Rabbit or The Teeth of the Tiger. That's sort of a Paramount/Tom Clancy issue, so when they settle that, then we'll figure it out. Under the right circumstances, I'd be into it".
