Discussing his "Angel-A" project with US press, director Luc Besson confirmed to Collider that he's planning to "try and do a trilogy" of sci-fi films in about "two or three years" time.
Besson's "The Fifth Element" was originally slated to be part of a trilogy but according to Besson the producer "didn't have the guts".
He's currently producing the action film "Taken" with Liam Neeson which is currently filming.
"Transporter 3" is aiming for a March and April next year, an action film called "From Paris with Love" also goes into production next year.
Finally he's also doing the animated films "A Monster in Paris" and "Ruby Tuesday", the later utilising twelve Rolling Stone songs.
