Owen & Kidman Kill Casting Rumours

Whilst speaking with About.Com, Clive Owen finally silenced all those rumors that he was in talks to replace Pierce Brosnan as James Bond for MGM: "No talks whatsoever," Owen asserted. "All media speculation, all rumor. Never been anything official whatsoever...I really don't think about it. I think Pierce Brosnan has been fantastic, reinvigorated the franchise, made a fortune. As far as everyone know, he's doing the next one and they should come out and back him because he is James Bond. He's the man". Meanwhile DeHavilland earlier reported that Nicole Kidman is in talks to provide the narration for "The Chronicles of Narnia" movies, a role filled by fellow Cate Blanchett in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Kidman was reportedly offered a $60 million deal according to the Daily Star - but will have to voice all seven films. Soon after though Narniaweb shot down the report - "the publicist has contacted us directly to say that this is indeed an old rumor and that they would like never to see her name attached to the project".
