Superhero Hype reports that Harry Potter thesp Jason Isaacs will have a cameo in Elektra, though what that is differs amongst sources. They say he'll play McCabe, a federal agent which will no longer be played by the previously reported Colin Cunningham.
IGN FilmForce on the other hand reckons he'll portray DeMarco, one of Elektra's kills. It's interesting to note that Jason Isaacs was recently linked with another Fox/Marvel movie, Fantastic Four.
SHH also reports that supporting villains in the film include characters named Tattoo (aka Tengu) and Kinkou. They also claim that Typhoid Mary (Natassia Malthe) "will be totally different from the comics."
Meanwhile Moviehole reports that representatives for Naomi Watts and Samantha Morton are in correspondence with those behind the movie in consideration for the title role in "Daisy Scarlett: Semper Occultus" now that Kate Beckinsale may no longer be linked.
