Talk of a "Sex and the City" film has been on-again and off-again ever since the show wrapped up in 2004, with talk stirring up again in the last few weeks.
The most consistent talk garnered from all the PR potshots fired back and forth over time has been that the main reason why it's not happening is that actress Kim Cattrall has been reluctant to do it.
Now, talking with The Star, Cattrall seems to be warming up to the idea of a film version of the raunchy sitcom about the love lives of four Manhattan women.
Having spent the last three and a half months acting in a David Mamet play in London, she admits she just heard about the latest round of talk - "I've just come home and there was just this flood of excitement... I'm just so glad we haven't been missed or forgotten".
The article however remains rather vague on the subject, indicating that the project may still have some life in it.
