The ban comes despite the film topping the box-office in many territories across the world. It's limited 800 screen release last weekend is expanding to a solid 2,566 screens this week to match public interest.
Meanwhile, two University of South Carolina frat boys who make sexist and racist comments in the film have sued 20th Century Fox claiming they were drunk at the time they signed a release to appear in the film.
