The Weinstein Company has apparently landed the rights to the upcoming Danny Huston/Diego Luna thriller "Fade to Black", directed by Oliver Parker.
Huston plays a ficticious version of Orson Welles investigating a murder on his set while making amends with his marriage to Rita Hayworth.
Diego Luna plays an apprentice/director's assistant who helps Welles in his investigation.
The Weinstein Company will distribute domestically while MGM will be in charge of worldwide distribution.
"Fade to Black" is scheduled for a spring release.
