James Marsters has joined Warner Bros. drama "P.S., I Love You" for director Richard LaGravenese says The Hollywood Reporter.
Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler star in the adaptation of the best-selling Cecelia Ahern novel. The story follows a grieving young widow who discovers her late husband has left her a list of tasks revealed in ten monthly messages that are intended to ease her out of grief and transition her to a new life.
Marsters will play the late husband's best friend. He's best known for his role as the British bad boy vampire Spike in the "Buffy" and "Angel" TV series.
