Billy Burke ("Ladder 49") has been cast in the lead role in "Boxing Helena" helmer Jennifer Chambers Lynch's supernatural cop thriller "Surveillance" reports Production Weekly.
Lynch, daughter of the legendary David Lynch, wrote the script with Kent Harper, about an FBI agent tracking a serial killer with the help of his would-be-victims, all of whom have very different stories of their experiences.
Production is tentatively slated to begin in October.
