Brian Grazer's Imagine Television is working with the FBI to develop an hour-long drama focusing on the agency's post-9/11 role within the government reports Variety.
The company behind shows like "24", "SportsNight", "Felicity" and "Arrested Development", along with new Fall shows "Shark" and "Friday Night Lights", are also moving forward with several comedies in development. One for ABC revolves around a group of temps in the pharmaceutical business.
The FBI show will use the agency's moniker in the title, the first time it has allowed a series to do that in over four decades. Also looking likely to be greenlit is space drama "Beyond" from David Self ("Thirteen Days").
