Trade Breaks: School, Hawk, Raving

"Director Todd Phillips has confirmed he is working on the script to an "Old School" sequel at the moment and that none of the actors from the first film, (Luke Wilson, Vince Vaughn, and will Ferrell) are signed. The plan is to show the completed script to them and see if they would be interested in the project. One detail that did arise is that viewers will learn a bit more about Ferrell's character especially why his wife was so concerned that his alter ego Frank the Tank, never see the light of day again..." "Strand Releasing has nabbed all North American rights to Julian Goldberger's "The Hawk Is Dying". In the quirky drama, Paul Giamatti stars as a Florida auto upholsterer who attempts to liven up his humdrum life by taming a wild hawk. He lives with an overweight sister (Ann Wedgeworth) and an autistic nephew (Michael Pitt) and gets involved with an on-again/off-again girlfriend (Michelle Williams) who might be involved in the death of one of the characters.
