Gwyneth Paltrow is tipped to play a psycho bride in the Farrelly Brothers' remake of the Charles Grodin-Cybill Shepherd romantic comedy "The Heartbreak Kid" reports The Boston Herald.
If so she would be starring opposite Ben Stiller in the comedy they've retitled "Seven Day Itch" which follows a groom (Stiller) who meets the girl of his dreams. Unfortunately, he's on his honeymoon at the time. Michelle Monaghan (M:I-3, "Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang") is tipped to play the fickle groom's love interest.
Farrelly said the part of the "nutty" bride was rewritten from the original Neil Simon screenplay to make her less sympathetic - "She's beautiful, but then, on their honeymoon, he finds out she's nuts" says Bobby Farrelly.
