Short Ocean & Stallone Updates

By Garth Franklin Thursday May 6th 2004 09:58PM

Two short but cool bits today. First up 'X-Ray' over in Amsterdam has an update on the "Ocean's Eleven" sequel:

"Filming has begun here.
George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Elliot Gould and Matt Damon were on set in what can be described as 'getting out of a taxi and going into a hotel' scene. It was filmed by the Pulitzer hotel on one of the canals in the city centre. I enclose two small shots. One of George and one of Brad (with very short hair). More to follow soon"

In other news, Sylvester Stallone was interviewed by Boston radio station WZLX 100.7 FM today about his two new projects:

The Contender: His boxing reality game show, will be looking for boxers who've been looking to go pro but never got the chance. Auditions/tryouts will involve a round of sparring followed by interviews for good backstories. Over a hundred will be brought back for follow-up, which will be whittled down to sixteen. The last two will fight in Las Vegas for a million bucks. Notorious: Which he's starring in and directing, involves hip-hop murders and the corruption within the Rampart Division of the LAPD. I wish I could get more specific than that, but static cut through the interview at that point. Thanks to 'X-Ray' & 'Jeff'
